“ Came to Rhoda to catch up with a friend and try Ethiopian food for the first time. We had a samboosa and spicy tea to start and then had the mixed platter with Injera for our main. Everything was fleshy made to order, flavoured perfectly and so tasty! They also gave us popcorn and snacks on the house which was so lovely. We took some orange cake for the road as we were stuffed in the end! The atmosphere and ambiance was intimate and welcoming, we ended up chatting for hours and we felt very well taken of by the hosts. Coming here felt like visiting a loving aunty’s home ”

The food is such great value for money too, it’s all cooked fresh and the portions are very generous so you really can’t go wrong. We got some samboosas and snacks for starters and the sharing platter for mains which included a selection of vegan dishes which were all phenomenal. We ended the meal with some popcorn and were so stuffed we had to takeaway dessert (I am yet to try it but the cakes were very popular)! The restaurant has beautiful decor and there’s traditional music playing all evening, it was a lovely environment. ”
